I'm quite happy with the quality of wood, fast delivery and very robust packaging. However, I was disappointed that i could only get the large sheet cut across the grains. My request to get another order of four 1200x600x3mm panels with the grains along the 1200 length was rejected. Surely, this is not a great effort. I needed it this way for large parts for RC model planes.
