3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MP is a 200MP high performance acrylic adhesive with 107 micron, 26 kg polycoated craft liner.
Graphic attachment and general industrial joining. Industry standard. Excellent die-cut and process capabilities.
The high adhesion acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive exhibits strong bonding on various substrates, including low surface energy plastics that most acrylic adhesives struggle to adhere to effectively.
This adhesive maintains consistent initial tack despite temperature fluctuations and offers reliable tackiness even in cold environments. The soft acrylic adhesive can effectively penetrate rough surfaces, ensuring a secure bond.
The choice of a paper liner is deliberate to ensure suitability for converting processes like die-cutting and laser cutting.
Available as a 55M roll in 70mm, 150mm, 300mm, 600mm and 1200mm widths.
Application Technique: • Apply between 10˚C and 40˚C. • Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and well unified. • Firm application pressure helps develop better adhesive contact and improves bond strength.
Application Ideas • Lamination of acrylic, foams, fabrics and papers • Web splicing for paper and corrugated board • Attaching lightweight signs, nameplates and plaques • Production of promotional signage or sample boards • Graphics attachment • Mounting prints and photographs
