Temporary Shipping Issue – April Update
I wanted to provide a quick update regarding a current issue affecting the website checkout.
As of April 1st, a system update from my shipping provider, TransDirect, has caused a conflict when calculating shipping for certain products. Specifically, the system is attempting to calculate shipping on both physical acrylic sheets and the associated cutting options, which are virtual selections. This is resulting in some customers receiving a message that their order cannot be shipped.
The items affected by this issue are within the acrylic sheet range. Other products, including 3M Tape, Plywood, Acrylic Cases and Wishing Wells, are not affected and can still be ordered through the website as normal.
Please note that this is a technical issue and not related to product availability or delivery coverage.
I am currently working directly with TransDirect’s technical team to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Updates will be implemented as soon as a fix is provided.
